As a part of the PD experience, we will give the school improvement teams time in "think tank" sessions to work together to utilize everything they have learned and assess their school data in order to create their school plans. Our Educational Experts will be available to the school teams during these sessions to provide School Improvement Plan support.

Motivational whole group presentations will lay the foundation for our POWERed Up Conferences. Educators will meet in morning and afternoon general sessions and will receive inspirational and motivational messages that will inspire them as educators to make a positive impact on the lives of the young people they serve.

Breakout Sessions
Educators will have the opportunity to be a part of interactive break out sessions. These sessions will arm the educators with actual tips, strategies, and tools that can make an immediate impact on the children that they teach or on the educators that they lead. Each educator will have the opportunity to select sessions that best fit their unique needs.
Social Networking Opportunities
Networking with like-minded individuals is an invaluable resource in the educational arena. Our Conference will provide evening gatherings that will allow educators to recharge themselves in a social environment while making powerful connections with other educators in order to share tools and strategies to enhance growth and development.
